Craig called the meeting to order after the shoot.

Craig:  Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.

Dan:  Financial:  After paying all of our State Shoot bills we have $4508.78 in the bank.

Carl: Motion to appoint Chris Parsons to be director at large board member, second Chris Stadler, motion carried.

Dan: Motion to release funds to get articles of incorporation taken care of, second Craig, motion carried,

A presentation was made by Jim Warren of the National Wild Turkey Federation to get us to help put on a shoot as a fund raiser for their organization.  We advised him to get in touch with Anthony Chavez at Arizona Game and Fish to help set up the shoot at Ben Avery CTC. We will help as we deem necessary.

Motion to adjourn Craig, second Dan, motion carried
