Craig Buchanan called the meeting to order at conclusion of shoot.
Dan:
The minutes of previous meeting read and approved by board.
Dan: Financial report: At this time we have a balance of
$3395.13.
Craig: Meeting with Ron VanSickle to get last of funds from previous board next
week.
Chris: Website: At this time I am setting up program to let shooters
pre-register for shoots on-line. This should be in operation very soon ,hoping
to speed up processing and provide clubs with possible shooter numbers.
All:
State Shoot: Format for State Shoot: 100 target preliminary ,200 target main event, 100 target FITASC, and 50 target Compac. Tim Miles at Coyote Springs Sporting Clays will provide targets, trappers, and office help. The board will help in any way as needed.
Awards: Belt buckles for first, bags with logo and other prizes for second and third. Out of state awards: First place in each class. David to check into other possible awards. Chip to get price to give hats to all competitors.
Craig: Advertising for State Shoot: Board members to go out and try to sell station advertising. We would like to sell all stations on all courses for $100.00 each.
Dan: Motion made to buy hamburger, buns, etc. to have sale at SCTP state shoot at Ben Avery on April 29 for purpose of raising funds. Second David, motion passed.
